For iPhone:

  1. Navigate to the Settings app, then tap on Cellular.
  2. Select Cellular Data Network.
  3. Under the Cellular Data section, enter the following details:

  5. Username: (leave blank)
  6. Password: (leave blank)
  7. Scroll down to the LTE Setup (Optional) or Personal Hotspot section and enter the same APN: internet.eastlink.ca
  8. Restart your iPhone to apply the changes.

For Android:

  1. Open the Settings app, then select Network & Internet or Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names (APN).
  2. Tap Add or New APN, then fill in the fields:
