"We've found ourselves with the power to dream, conjuring visions of our website's evolution, from our business model to internal processes," Aleksandra emphasized.
For Mateusz Zabierowski, CEO and co-founder, the year was about "Steady Growth". With financial, operational, and organizational progress, Mateusz underscored the importance of balance and sustained progress across multiple areas of development.
Alicja Miłuńska, Head of Partnerships & Sustainability in Brand Communication, chose the word "Change". She emphasized movement in team structures, business offerings, and AI-powered projects, as well as changes driven by global trends such as climate change and regulatory shifts. "2024 has been a year of adapting to new realities and embracing sustainable development," Alicja said.
