Advanced Visual Effects and Clean-Up Task Management Expanded in Mocha Pro 2020 Update

Mocha Pro 2020, the renowned visual effects toolset, has been released, offering artists and filmmakers a range of advanced features for planar tracking, rotoscoping, object removal, stabilization, and mesh tracking. Compatible with various post-production software including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Autodesk Flame, Foundry Nuke, and many more, Mocha Pro 2020 is now available as a standalone application and a plug-in for popular post-production software.

One of the key highlights of Mocha Pro 2020 is the Mega Plate feature, which generates a stitched panorama effects plate from moving shots, enabling larger-than-raster extended canvas for VFX tasks. This streamlines working with large scale scenes and extended shots without the need for constant re-tracking, saving time and effort for artists working on complex set extensions, clean-ups, and object removals.

The Area Brush paint tool, another notable addition, allows users to define large tracking search areas with quick gestural strokes, improving the selection of tracking regions and providing better control and accuracy for challenging shots.

Mocha Pro 2020 also boasts integration with the OpenColorIO color management system, ensuring accurate color workflows and matching color profiles in professional VFX pipelines. This feature, coupled with the tool's compatibility with the Academy Color Encoding Specification (ACES), ensures consistency across multiple software and color spaces.

Pricing for Mocha Pro 2020 varies based on version and licensing type. The individual host option, priced at $695, offers a single license, while the multi-host option, priced at $995, includes all supported host plug-ins. Upgrades for the individual host option start at $295, and for the multi-host option, they start at $395. The annual subscription for the individual host option is $295, and for the multi-host option, it's $395. The multi-host option plus the standalone application costs $1495 for a single license, and the annual subscription for this package is $595.
