Clear-Com to Showcase Innovative Communication Solutions at IBC 2025
Clear-Com, a leading provider of communication solutions for the broadcast and live event industries, will be showcasing significant new features and enhancements for their product line at IBC 2025. The event takes place from September 12-15 at the RAI Amsterdam.
The highlight of Clear-Com's display will be the latest addition to their FreeSpeak wireless family, the FreeSpeak Icon™ beltpack. This innovative device offers robust wireless performance on the 1.9 GHz DECT band and has already won nine Best in Show awards. Key features include nine programmable buttons, four channel volume controls, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, designed to support fast-paced broadcast environments with high communication clarity. It seamlessly integrates with Arcadia and Eclipse HX systems, making it suitable for OB vans and multi-studio operations.
Clear-Com's Arcadia Central Station will also be on display. This adaptable and customizable central station supports up to 32 IrisX panels and offers customizable HelixNet and I.V. Direct port balancing. It enables seamless integration across Clear-Com and third-party Dante/AES67 audio devices, enhancing connectivity and scalability for professional broadcast use.
In addition, Clear-Com will present new enhancements for their virtual intercom portfolio. While specific details on these upgrades are not fully elaborated, they relate to Clear-Com’s software and platform enabling virtual and IP-based intercom solutions for remote and hybrid production workflows, complementing their hardware like Arcadia and Eclipse HX.
