JCM Global and R2 Gaming Enhance Gaming Experience at Chances Castlegar with Digital Signage Solutions

The installation includes a column wrap and a video wall. The column wrap, a DSS FLEX-S 1.875mm, stands 8 feet high and 2'3" in diameter, greeting guests in the entryway of the casino. The video wall, a TV PRO, is an impressive 13 feet 9 inches wide and 7 feet 9 inches tall with a 1.87mm pixel pitch. It is located on the perimeter of the casino floor and displays current promotions.
The video wall and column wrap showcase high-quality visual displays with vivid imagery and brightness for clear, engaging content. They also feature smart connectivity, such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) mobile wallet integration, enabling personalized and interactive player engagement. Real-time performance and asset monitoring support proactive alerts and operational oversight to minimize errors and downtime. Secure and compliant transaction printing ensures accurate communication through TITO tickets and promotional coupons.
