Binance Launches DoubleZero (2Z) Token on Solana
Binance has launched DoubleZero (2Z), a new token on the Solana network. Trading opens on October 2, 2025, with pairs against USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY. The token's founders remain unidentified, and its total supply is fixed at 10 billion.
DoubleZero aims to improve blockchain infrastructure, tackling latency, reliability, and scalability issues. It uses a hybrid inflation-deflation model, with a circulating supply of 3.47 billion tokens at launch. The 2Z token powers the ecosystem, enabling bandwidth and data routing services, incentivizing infrastructure providers, funding security operations, and future staking and governance.
Binance has shown support by not charging a listing fee and including DoubleZero in its 48th HODLer Airdrop. BNB holders who staked or locked their tokens between September 26-28, 2025, received 35 million tokens. However, Binance has also tagged DoubleZero as a high-risk project, highlighting its innovative but uncertain nature.
DoubleZero (2Z) begins trading on October 2, 2025, offering a new infrastructure layer on Solana. Its token plays a crucial role in ecosystem operations, and Binance's backing signals potential. Despite the risks, early investors can participate through Binance's HODLer Airdrop program.
