Brazilian AI Proptech Lastro Raises $15M for Global Real Estate Revolution
Brazilian AI proptech Lastro has secured $15 million in Series A funding, led by Prosus Ventures. The company aims to revolutionise real estate transactions and expand globally.
Lastro's AI platform streamlines real estate transactions on WhatsApp, boosting conversion rates by up to 60%. It also offers Lais, an AI agent that helps realtors engage with clients, reducing response times from 6 hours to 15 seconds. Lais provides real estate intelligence through conversation data and streamlines property management.
The funding round also saw participation from FJ Labs, Endeavor Scale-Up Ventures, and existing investors. The capital will be used to expand Lais' capabilities, enhance user experience, and add new integrations. Prosus Ventures sees potential for Lastro to capture a significant share of the global real estate tech market. Lastro is integrated with Brazil's largest listing portals, aiming to transform the industry and become one of Brazil's leading AI startups.
Lastro, selected by AWS for the global generative AI acceleration program in 2024, is poised for growth. With $15 million in Series A funding and a promising AI platform, the Brazilian startup is set to reshape real estate transactions and expand its global footprint.
