BT & Infobip Expand Global Partnership for Seamless Multi-Channel Customer Engagement

BT and Infobip have expanded their global partnership to deliver advanced communication services, enabling enterprises to engage customers seamlessly across multiple channels. The collaboration combines BT's inbound contact and global voice capabilities with Infobip's cloud communications platform.

Colm Sunderland, BT's Sales Director of International, revealed that the partnership will provide a comprehensive suite of services to enhance customer experience (CX) engagement. This includes Infobip acting as an authorised reseller of BT's Inbound Contact global (ICg) services, and BT offering its customers Infobip's messaging services.

The expanded partnership aims to drive innovation in global connectivity. It will enable enterprises to unify their customer contact centers into a single virtual network, offering integrated voice and messaging capabilities in over 130 countries. This includes access to phone numbers in over 130 countries and management of inbound calls in more than 180 countries worldwide. The initial success of their partnership in the UK has paved the way for this global expansion.

Infobip's messaging services, including RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS, will be complemented by BT's international toll-free numbers and inbound voice services. This combination of market-leading cloud communications platforms and global voice capabilities will provide enterprises with advanced conversational AI capabilities. This will allow them to deliver human-like interactions at scale and build intelligent customer journeys.
