CBAAC & DigitA Partner to Boost African Arts Heritage Digitally
The Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation (CBAAC), a Nigerian parastatal, has joined forces with African-based consulting company DigitA. CBAAC, under Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Arts, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy, will work with DigitA to develop innovative products and scalable solutions rooted in African arts, culture, and heritage. The collaboration seeks to create digital infrastructure, bolstering CBAAC's online presence and strengthening its operations.
DigitA, acting as CBAAC's official digital adviser, will provide strategic guidance on digital frameworks, training initiatives, and capacity-building programmes. The partnership aspires to establish a model for African cultural institutions, demonstrating how digital technology can preserve history, foster creativity, and connect communities worldwide.
With DigitA's expertise, CBAAC expects to enhance its visibility and impact across global audiences.
