Enhanced Security Services Program Introduced by SonicWall for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs)

SonicWall, a leading cybersecurity solutions provider, has launched an enhanced version of its SecureFirst Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) Program. The latest update to the program is a result of collaboration with Secureworks, a Managed Security Service Provider that first introduced the enhancements worldwide.

The enhanced program is built on the existing SonicWall SecureFirst Partner Program and offers several benefits to participating MSSPs. These benefits include access to SonicWall's Secure Mobile Access (SMA) solution, which is now included in the MSSP portfolio. The SMA solution allows MSSPs to quickly deploy and scale on-demand security and connectivity at costs based on the number of concurrent users.

MSSPs participating in the program can also benefit from priority access to Premier Support tier 3 engineers, tailored premier technical support, and increased access to MDF, including accruals for Powered Plus partners. Additionally, MSSPs can receive specialization training and assessments for sales and technical staff, and access field sales and technical specialists through the program.

The program offers three tiers: MSSP Protect, MSSP Powered, and MSSP Powered Plus. To be eligible for the program, MSSPs must be established in the SecureFirst program at the Silver level or above. Participating MSSPs are required to meet annual revenue requirements, have an operating NOC or SOC with Help Desk L1/L2 support capabilities, and fulfill sales and technical staffing criteria.

SonicWall has also implemented aggressive volume-based pricing based on assets under management and expanded annual and monthly pricing model licenses for MSSPs. MSSPs can also benefit from increased access to co-marketing funds.

To date, the SonicWall SecureFirst Partner Program includes over 20,500 partners worldwide, with more than 285,000 hours of training completed through SonicWall University, and over 575,000 successful exams administered. The program now provides flexible pricing options for MSSPs, and support from a new and expanding MSSP strategic account management team, globally.

The enhanced MSSP program is expected to further strengthen SonicWall's position in the cybersecurity solutions market and provide MSSPs with the tools and support they need to deliver comprehensive, secure, and scalable solutions to their clients.
