Finding the right individual to implement this vision didn't happen overnight. Hampshire spent time hunting for the ideal candidate, and it wasn't long before he struck gold with Neil Hampshire. They shared similar visions, expertise, and experiences, allowing Neil to drive and shape the company strategy effectively.
