In a significant move, global investment firm Franklin Templeton has joined forces with three leading infrastructure investment firms - Actis, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), and DigitalBridge - to provide private wealth clients with access to high-growth infrastructure opportunities.

The partnership aims to address the anticipated global infrastructure needs, which are expected to surpass $94 trillion by 2040, representing an estimated $15 trillion capital opportunity for private investors.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, the world's largest dedicated fund manager within greenfield energy investments with $37 billion in assets under management, brings its expertise in providing energy and electrification solutions to the table. The company plans to contribute its distinct industrial approach to value creation, based on investing in greenfield projects and developing them from the ground up.
Actis, a growth market specialist with $16 billion in assets under management, which is the Sustainable Infrastructure business of General Atlantic, a leading global investor with $114 billion, aims to expand access to their investment platform through this strategic partnership, delivering long-term value.
DigitalBridge, a leader in global-scale digital infrastructure investing with $106 billion in assets under management, will leverage its expertise to provide private wealth clients with access to digital infrastructure opportunities. Marc Ganzi, CEO of DigitalBridge, stated that private wealth investors are increasingly seeking access to digital infrastructure opportunities, and this partnership broadens access to this asset class.
