Future showcase by Allsafe: Presentation of novel methods for equipment loading in Nufam 2025

The highlight of Allsafe's showcase is the new PAT spanning board generation, which has been designed to meet the requirements of the new VDI 2700 sheet 3.2 in the current basic pressure. This innovative product has been patented and is manufactured entirely in Europe, ensuring a low CO2 footprint. What's more, the new PAT spanning board is repairable, making it an eco-friendly and cost-effective choice for customers.
Allsafe is also presenting the CRS Ergo system, a solution specifically designed for palletized and heavy packaging units. The CRS Ergo system is available in a self-cleaning variant and can be configured with two or four bars, offering flexibility to meet various cargo securing needs.
In a bid to promote sustainability and cost savings, Allsafe's Cargo Securing as a Service (CSaaS) solution, the All2go vending machine, is also on display. This innovative machine dispenses cargo securing bars and beams, and drivers can purchase products using a QR code and their smartphones. What's more, the All2go machine is compatible with all of Allsafe's locking elements, making it a convenient and versatile addition to any vehicle.
Allsafe's commitment to sustainability has been recognised with the German Sustainability Award Products 2025 for their solution for cargo securing elements reuse. This award offers customers the opportunity to save costs compared to new purchases, making Allsafe's solutions an attractive choice for businesses seeking to reduce their environmental impact while saving on costs.
