Hyundai has unveiled its latest electric vehicle, the Concept Three hatchback. This new model, which is set to join the growing IONIQ family, showcases a unique blend of style and innovation.

The Concept Three hatchback boasts a striking design, with smooth surfaces and curved panels that give it a sleek and modern look. The vehicle's front bumper resembles that of other Hyundai IONIQ cars, adding a familiar touch to this futuristic design. The headlight and taillights incorporate Hyundai's signature Parametric Pixel details, further enhancing its visual appeal.

The interior of the Concept Three follows a minimalistic and futuristic style. Ambient lighting can be found on the dashboard and door trims, creating a comfortable and high-tech atmosphere. While the interior details are not yet fully disclosed, it's clear that Hyundai has prioritised practicality and user-friendly design.

Hyundai's new "Art of Steel" design philosophy is evident in the Concept Three, with a focus on keeping the driver's focus on the road. The interior does not rely solely on touchscreens, instead incorporating physical buttons for HVAC control. The vehicle also does without a central touchscreen, with two tiny displays on the steering wheel taking its place.

The Concept Three hatchback is an electric vehicle, and there are speculations that Hyundai may offer 58.3 kWh and 81.4 kWh battery packs for this model. The Kia EV3, which shares the same chassis and battery options, offers a range up to 600 kilometres on the WLTP cycle. A similar range could be expected from the Hyundai Concept Three.

The Concept Three hatchback measures 4287mm in length, making it slightly longer than the Volkswagen Golf by 1mm. While some design elements, such as coach doors, lemon-tinted windows, oversized wheels, and colossal diffuser, are not expected to be in the production version, the Concept Three EV hatchback could be based on the 400V E-GMP platform.

It remains unclear which models will be integrated into the production version of the Hyundai Concept Three EV. However, with its sleek design, innovative features, and promise of impressive performance, this new electric vehicle is certainly one to watch.
