The new service, accessible at www.orderbaboo.com, launched in January 2024.
Dissatisfied with the high commission fees and costs for guests charged by third-party marketplaces, the founders of Boozy Burbs sought an alternative. They reached out to Andrew at Boozy Burbs, who stepped up to the challenge of creating a more economical solution for local independent restaurants.
Baboo eliminates the hefty commission fees typically imposed by other platforms, allowing restaurants to retain more of their earnings. Unsurprisingly, the service has already seen significant success since its debut, boasting 100+ days in operation, over 50 activated restaurants, and more than 1,000 unique guests served, with gross sales totaling more than $100,000.
The platform reduces costs for both restaurants and customers, offering an efficient and streamlined ordering process that enhances customer satisfaction.
