The plan, titled 'Kazakhstan in the Age of Artificial Intelligence', aims to modernize the state, economy, and society. The agenda includes the creation of a state fund for digital assets and a strategic crypto reserve fund. These initiatives aim to promote innovation and secure the national financial architecture. A new Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development will be established, led by Madiyev. This ministry will coordinate nationwide digital efforts. To drive progress, a national center for artificial intelligence will be created to develop specific applications and provide solutions for societal challenges.

Kazakhstan also plans to position itself as a future-oriented financial hub. Large investment programs in the high-tech sector and new laws to strengthen FinTech and liberalize trading in digital assets are part of this strategy. Additionally, the country aims to become a fully digital state within three years.
