Maieutic Semiconductor Raises $4.15M for AI-Driven Chip Design

Maieutic Semiconductor, a Bengaluru-based startup, has secured $4.15 million in seed funding. The round was co-led by Endiya Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners, both with a proven track record in deep-tech and semiconductor investments. This funding will support Maieutic's mission to revolutionize chip design using generative AI.

Maieutic, led by CEO Gireesh Rajendran who previously founded and exited Steradian Semiconductors, is set to transform semiconductor design automation. The company's GenAI-first platform aims to accelerate early-stage chip design and enable intelligent analysis of design trade-offs.

Investors Endiya Partners and Exfinity Venture Partners have shown confidence in Maieutic's potential. Sateesh Andra from Endiya Partners believes in Maieutic's AI-first approach, while Chinnu Senthilkumar from Exfinity appreciates the complexity of the problem Maieutic is tackling and their bold application of generative AI.

With the seed funding, Maieutic plans to expand its engineering team and improve time to market. The company's innovative approach to chip design, backed by experienced investors, positions it well to make a significant impact in the semiconductor industry.
