Mönchengladbach: Road Disruptions Ahead as Major Projects Begin
Mönchengladbach residents should anticipate some road disruptions as several projects are scheduled to commence in the coming weeks. The City of Mönchengladbach, along with utility companies and Roads.NRW, are responsible for these works, which will impact both local and major roads.
Starting on 16.09.19, Eickener Street, at the corner of Graf-Haeseler Street, will undergo bridge construction, leading to a full closure from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Meanwhile, Geschwister-Scholl Street 45-49 will have a construction fence from 23.09.19, causing a full road closure.
Hardter Street 77 will see gas connection work from 18.10.19, with a width restriction in place. Similarly, Gerkerath (20-90) will have road construction work from 20.09.19, also with a width restriction. Konrad Street 55 will experience cable disturbance work from 18.09.19, affecting the road's width.
