Nvidia's latest ARM-based N1X System-on-Chip (SoC) leaks once more, surfacing on FurMark - a preliminary benchmark score suggests an early engineering sample, yet validates Windows testing
The Nvidia N1X SoC, an early engineering sample, has made its first appearance in FurMark's Windows 11 benchmark database. This chip, featuring a 20-core CPU and a GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores comparable to an RTX 5070 desktop GPU, has been running on a 120W power budget.
In the 720p stress test, the N1X scored 4,286 points, averaging 71 FPS. However, it's important to note that the performance in the FurMark test may not yet reflect the chip's full potential. The unoptimized drivers and other factors like firmware and BIOS restrictions are expected to be addressed in the future, potentially unlocking higher performance closer to that of an RTX 5070–5080 laptop GPU.
