Paris Fashion Week 2025: 'Fashion Meets Future' Blends Design & Digital Art
In the heart of Paris, during the bustling September 2025 Paris Fashion Week, an innovative exhibition titled 'Fashion Meets Future: Designing Tomorrow, Defining Today' is set to captivate audiences. Co-organised by PMQ, Hong Kong's dynamic creative hub, and FabriX World, this event bridges contemporary fashion creations and digital art in a unique and exciting way.
Held in the basement of the iconic Palais de Tokyo, the exhibition is a collaboration between Western and Chinese fashion designers, with a Canadian artist also joining the mix. Kevin Germanier, AlainPaul, Caroline Hu, and Didu are among the talented fashion designers participating, each paired with a digital artist for a total of four collaborations.
The event is supported by notable institutions such as Hong Kong's Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) and the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM). One of the standout collaborations is FabriX's work with digital artist JCao Yuxi and 4DV Tech Lab, which interprets a photograph of a Kevin Germanier outfit using advanced digital techniques.
The 'Fashion Meets Future' exhibition is not just an event; it's a dialogue between two distinct worlds, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in fashion and art. After its successful run in Paris, the exhibition will travel to Berlin later the same month, further cementing its place as a significant cultural exchange in the global fashion calendar.
