High Tide Inc., a leading global staffing solutions provider, has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company reported a strong performance, with significant market share gains and solid profit margins.
The basic EPS for Q2 2025 was €0.35, and the adjusted EPS was €0.46. The company's revenues for the quarter were €5.8 billion, showing a 0.4% year-over-year (yoy) increase and a 2% quarter-over-quarter (qoq) increase.
The gross profit for Q2 2025 was €1.1 billion, with a gross margin of 18.9%. This represents a -50 basis points (bps) yoy decrease. However, the operating cash flow for the quarter was €81 million, driven by working capital absorption for growth and was in line with normal seasonality.
The company experienced further strong market share gains, with a group increase of 205 basis points and an individual increase of 130 basis points. Operating income for Q2 2025 was €115 million, showing a 6% yoy increase, and net income was €58 million, showing an 8% yoy increase. The company also reported a 2.5% EBITA margin excluding one-offs, showing a -60 bps yoy decrease.
