Noon and ADNOC Distribution Partner to Revolutionize Last-Mile Delivery in the UAE

In a groundbreaking move, Noon, a leading e-commerce platform in the Middle East, has partnered with ADNOC Distribution, the UAE's largest fuel and convenience retailer. This partnership aims to transform service stations into "smart convenience hubs," offering quick delivery services and enhancing customer experience across the country.

For the first time, ADNOC Oasis, one of the UAE's most popular convenience store brands, will offer its products for delivery through the ADNOC Distribution app, with Noon riders handling the logistics. This collaboration leverages ADNOC Distribution’s extensive fuel station network and logistics infrastructure, along with Noon’s digital e-commerce platform, to optimize the delivery process.

The partnership significantly enhances last-mile delivery in the UAE by revolutionizing quick-commerce, improving delivery speed and convenience. It targets the rapid growth and demand in the UAE’s quick-commerce sector, where speedy delivery is a key competitive advantage.

Noon will set up Noon Minutes fulfillment hubs inside ADNOC Distribution service stations, expanding the reach of its 15-minute delivery service across the UAE. Integrating Noon Minutes hubs into these locations means more customers will have access to ultra-fast deliveries of groceries, gadgets, and everyday essentials.

Both companies will also collaborate on AI-powered logistics initiatives, including smarter inventory management, real-time route planning, and personalized recommendations through the ADNOC Rewards program.

ADNOC Distribution operates 551 service stations and 373 ADNOC Oasis convenience stores across the UAE. This partnership sets a new standard in UAE retail delivery services, addressing the rapid growth and competition in last-mile delivery, and is crucial in a highly competitive, fast-growing delivery market, where rapid fulfillment and customer satisfaction are paramount.
