In a shocking incident that took place at around 8:30 p.m. on Mallett's Bay Avenue near Pine Street in Winooski, Vermont, 46-year-old Ronnie Bushway II was the victim of a road rage attack. The driver accused of this heinous act is Aaron Williams, a resident of Shelburne, Vermont.

According to court paperwork, Williams is facing charges of aggravated assault and maiming, and he has pleaded not guilty to these charges. The video evidence provided by Ronnie Bushway, who has a dash camera in his vehicle, helped lead police to Williams.

The incident began when Williams reportedly began tailgating Ronnie Bushway II's vehicle. After passing his vehicle, Williams braked in front of it, causing both cars to come in contact. Williams then exited his vehicle and proceeded to punch Ronnie Bushway several times, during which he allegedly gouged Ronnie Bushway's eyes.

As a result of the attack, Ronnie Bushway has severe eye injuries and is still unable to see. Court paperwork indicates that one of his eyes, or possibly both, may need to be removed due to the severity of his injuries.

Contrary to some reports, there are no available search results indicating that Aaron Williams was charged with an arrest on Monday, March 8, nor is there evidence that he was employed at a workplace in Burlington prior to any arrest. Williams is currently being held in jail without bail.

It is important to note that the attack on Ronnie Bushway was reportedly random, and there is no known prior connection between the two men. Aaron Williams was arrested at his work in Burlington on Thursday.

This incident serves as a grim reminder of the dangers of road rage and the importance of maintaining calm and composure while driving. Our thoughts are with Ronnie Bushway II as he recovers from his injuries.
