This role is a unique opportunity to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention.

As a CSM at Deel, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients on operational and product-related issues. You will identify risks, uncover opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery tailored to client needs.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring quick response and resolution of issues, developing trusted advisor relationships often at executive or C-levels, and driving revenue growth by expanding existing accounts. You will also prepare performance reports and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) analyzing client KPIs, provide strategic insights based on data analysis and market trends to support clients’ operational and marketing decisions, and advocate internally for clients by promoting new Deel products and enhancements to help clients expand their global payroll and HR operations.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with experience in account management or customer success—preferably in SaaS or similar B2B environments. Multilingual skills, such as fluency in English and Korean, can be necessary depending on regional focus (e.g., EMEA or South Korea). The position may involve remote work and flexible hours to accommodate global clients.
