Rudy Project's New Sinergy Helmet: Eco-Friendly, Safe, and High-Performing

Rudy Project has introduced the Sinergy, an eco-friendly helmet that combines safety, performance, and sustainability. The new helmet, set to launch in October 2025, is made with over 60% recyclable materials and meets European safety standards.

The Sinergy helmet features 11 ventilation holes to keep riders cool during warmer rides. Despite its focus on sustainability, it does not compromise on weight, functionality, or durability. Weighing in at 250g for size S/M, it is comparable to high-end models. The helmet's single-material construction, using polystyrene and expanded polystyrene, simplifies recycling and disposal. This design is part of Rudy Project's Ride to Zero initiative, aiming to reduce the brand's environmental impact.

Rudy Project has used polystyrene for both the outer shell and the inner protection layer of the Sinergy helmet. This material choice facilitates ease of recycling and disposal. The helmet will be available in two sizes and six vibrant color options, priced affordably at £59.

The Rudy Project Sinergy helmet, launching in October 2025, offers riders an eco-friendly option without sacrificing performance. With its 11 ventilation holes, lightweight design, and affordable price point, it caters to a wide range of cyclists. The helmet's recyclable materials and single-material construction align with Rudy Project's commitment to sustainability.
