ScalePad Expands into AI for SMEs by 2024, Empowering MSPs

ScalePad, a leading provider of IT management tools for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), has revealed its plans to expand into artificial intelligence (AI) for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by 2024. The company's CEO, Chris Day, believes that MSPs should serve as technical advisors and business consultants to their clients, bridging the gap in partners' limited time with executives leading clients through digital transformation and evolving security needs.

ScalePad has already made significant strides in this direction with the launch of two major product updates in August. The first was a free version of ControlMap, a compliance offering that helps partners automate facets of their service offerings and demonstrate strategic value to clients. The second was Lifecycle Manager X, an extension of ScalePad's platform into a 'customer success platform purpose-built for MSPs'.

Lifecycle Manager X introduces AI-powered features such as client profiles, meeting summaries, reporting, and budgeting presentations. These tools are designed to help MSPs provide more proactive and strategic guidance to their clients, who increasingly view technology as a core function of their operations.

Looking ahead, Day predicts that AI will be a massive opportunity for proactive MSPs who start addressing AI needs now. He believes that SMEs will rely on MSPs to deploy AI in the SME space due to a lack of resources. With ScalePad's planned expansion into AI for SMEs by 2024, the company is positioning itself to help MSPs capitalize on this opportunity and provide more value to their clients.
