The Skagit Casino Resort in Bow, Washington, is undergoing significant upgrades, partnering with JCM Global to streamline operations and elevate the guest experience.
In a move aimed at ensuring the highest levels of security and efficiency, JCM Global has upgraded 720 games from its UBA bill validator and the iVIZION bill validator at The Skagit Casino Resort. The iVIZION, known as "the leading bill validator in its class," offers unmatched security and performance, scanning 75 times more data points than any bill validator, capturing the full image of both sides of a banknote or ticket.
The ICB Intelligent Cash Box system, installed at The Skagit Casino Resort, has been upgraded to the advanced, web-based ICB 3.0 system. This system streamlines the drop process, eliminating human error, enhancing accuracy, and boosting compliance. It also offers customizable web-based reporting for intelligence-driven floor drops and decision-making.
To further enhance the guest experience, a Digital Signage Solution 1.875mm LED video wall has been installed near the entrance of the casino. This video wall will showcase live TV feeds, promotional property content, and recent jackpot announcements.
