The technical writer at Peach will be responsible for creating and managing a range of documentation. This includes internal and external documentation, as well as the scope out and management of the build of a developer resource center. The technical writer will also update and elevate Peach's API reference, incorporating new products and features into the documentation.
To excel in this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of technical writing experience, with a proven track record in managing documentation platforms, writing API documentation, creating developer resource centers, and producing training manuals, instructional materials, video tutorials, and other learning content.
Familiarity with OpenAPI, RESTful API, Python, Go, JavaScript, and tools such as Redoc, Github, and Markdown is essential. Experience with lending and financial services is a plus, but not a requirement.
