Software Ré́publique Launches Incubator, Develops Innovative Charging Station

Software Ré́publique, a French tech initiative, has been making waves with its ambitious plans. In March 2022, it launched an incubator supporting five innovative startups. Meanwhile, it's also working on groundbreaking projects like an intelligent two-way charging station and a vehicle flow modelling tool. Let's delve into these developments.

The incubator, launched earlier this year, is currently nurturing five promising startups: Angoka, Geoflex, Parcoor, Vianova, and Wattpark. These companies are working on cutting-edge solutions in the tech sphere.

In another significant project, Software Ré́publique is collaborating with automotive giants Porsche and Bosch to develop a secure two-way charging station. This project aims to tackle challenges in security and sovereignty in electric car charging infrastructure.

By 2025, Software Ré́publique aims to launch 10 new products and services, incubate 50 startups, and propose services to 50 territories. To achieve this, it has created a 'GIE' to oversee project incubation and development.

The Software Ré́publique Academy is set to commence two training programs in cybersecurity skills from September 2022. Additionally, four projects have already been finalized, including a 'detect & respond' cybersecurity solution for Renault vehicles, slated for deployment in 2025.

In a collaborative effort, Dassault Systèmes, Orange, and Renault Group are developing a tool for territories to model vehicle flow. A pilot project is underway in the Corrèze region.

Software Ré́publique's initiatives are multifaceted and far-reaching. From incubating promising startups to developing innovative solutions like the two-way charging station and vehicle flow modelling tool, the organization is poised to make a significant impact on the tech and automotive landscapes. With clear goals for the next few years, Software Ré́publique is certainly a space to watch.
