SolarEdge Unveils ONE: Revolutionary Solar Management for C&I
SolarEdge has introduced a new software solution, SolarEdge ONE, designed for managing and optimizing solar installations in commercial and industrial sectors. Unveiled at RE+ 2023, this innovative system promises to maximize energy generation and consumption, while reducing maintenance costs.
SolarEdge ONE is a real-time energy optimization system that uses smart algorithms to make optimal solar production and consumption decisions based on external and on-site data. It includes an on-site local controller, SolarEdge Local Controller, for advanced on-site management. The solution also features a web-based platform, SolarEdge ONE Manager, for system monitoring and optimization.
The software decreases maintenance costs through remote troubleshooting and real-time alerts and reporting. It helps maximize the use of excess solar during peak pricing periods, leading to significant savings. Moreover, SolarEdge ONE offers adaptive optimization solutions that can accommodate changing organizational needs and consumption patterns.
SolarEdge ONE is set to transform the way commercial and industrial solar installations are managed. Currently applicable to the C&I segment, the solution will gradually roll out features for the residential segment by 2024.
