Specialist Banks Top AUTOHAUS Bankenmonitor 2025 in Customer Satisfaction
The AUTOHAUS Bankenmonitor 2025 has revealed the top automotive financers, with specialist banks leading in customer satisfaction. Speed of credit decision and payment are crucial factors in daily business, with independent banks excelling in these areas. Independent banks have impressed with their swift credit decisions, scoring 82%, and quick payments, scoring 80%. Meanwhile, manufacturer banks scored 73% and 55% respectively for these criteria. Speed of credit decision and payment are the top two priorities for dealers in their daily operations.
The AUTOHAUS Bankenmonitor also assessed satisfaction levels. Specialist banks topped the chart with 75% satisfaction, followed by manufacturer banks at 54%, and leasing companies at 57%. MKG Bank was crowned the top financer in retail, while BMW Financial Services achieved the highest dealer satisfaction.
Dealers value ease of use, costs, and support from financing tools, with satisfaction scores exceeding 50% across these areas. Moreover, 79% of dealers desire a fully digital application process on the internet.
