Tesla's FSD v14 Brings Smoother Driving, Improved Parking in Multi-Level Garages

Tesla is set to release its Full Self-Driving (Supervised) version 14 this week, bringing smoother driving, navigation of uncharted roads, and improved parking capabilities in garages. Among the upgrades, the Smart Summon feature is expected to function more effectively in multi-level parking garages.

The current Smart Summon feature struggles with elevation awareness in multi-level garages. To address this, Tesla plans to introduce altitude detection or similar sensor-based improvements. This will enhance the feature's performance in complex parking environments. Additionally, the FSD v14 update may include the 'Banish' feature, allowing the car to drop off the owner and park itself autonomously in the garage. Elon Musk confirmed these upgrades in response to a Tesla owner's post on X (formerly Twitter).

Tesla's FSD v14 update, slated for this week, promises significant improvements. While details about the Smart Summon upgrades in multi-level garages are not yet official, the enhancements are expected to make parking in complex garages smoother and more convenient for Tesla owners.
