Alrighty, mate! Last year, Spotify introduced audiobooks to their massive collection of tunes and podcasts. Peeps in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand jumped on board for some hearty author- guerrella and narrator action.
This year, on October 3, Spotify did it again - announced they've got over 150,000 audiobooks now available as part of their Premiumsubscription packages. Listen up! Every Premium subscriber, whether they're an individual or managing a Family or Duo account, can now indulge in 15 hours of audiobook shenanigans each month. That's right, you can gobble as many titles as you want within that allocated time.
If you blast through your 15 hours before your monthly billing cycle, don't fret! You can add a 10-hour top-up to finish that juicy series. Keep an eye on your in-app settings to check your leftover hours.
In addition to audiobooks, Premium subscribers can nab an on-demand catalog filled with over 100 million tracks, 5 million podcasts, and north of 150,000 audiobooks.
The feature rolled out to Premium users in the UK and Australia on October 4, with the U.S. following suit later this year.
Remember, chum: To partake in the audiobook party, you'll need a Premium Individual account or be the plan manager for a Family or Duo account.
You can still revel in their whole catalog, including titles available for straightforward purchase.
