LX Studio is designed to support clients in a way that goes beyond traditional legal advice. Its purpose is to leverage innovation and digital transformation to support clients’ business goals through enhanced intellectual property strategy, dispute resolution, and other key legal areas.
The subsidiary offers a range of technologies and services aimed at providing efficient, effective, and practical legal solutions. This includes strategic intellectual property management and protection aligned with business imperatives and new technology platforms. Advanced dispute resolution support with global, cross-border litigation experience combined with innovative case management and document handling technologies is also on offer. LX Studio will also support corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions with legal innovation to streamline processes and risk mitigation.
Moreover, LX Studio aims to reduce costs and improve outcomes in complex legal services across sectors including financial institutions, energy, technology, life sciences, and consumer markets. The subsidiary will house some of Norton Rose Fulbright’s existing technology products, including the award-winning privacy compliance tool suite, NT Analyzer.
LX Studio will develop products and services for use by Norton Rose Fulbright’s lawyers and clients, including legal operations solutions for corporate legal departments. The new subsidiary will collaborate with legal technology companies, alternative legal services providers, and may partner with or invest in novel technologies.

Christy Bentz, the Chief Client Value & Innovation Officer, expressed the desire to meet clients where they are. Gina Shishima, the Chief Strategy and Operations Partner, stated that LX Studio allows the company to capitalize on its resources and innovative focus.
