Vivo V60 Lite 4G: A New Contender in the Global Market
Vivo's V60 Lite 4G design, technical aspects, and other pertinent information have been disclosed prematurely before its official release.
The tech world is abuzz with anticipation as Vivo, a leading smartphone manufacturer, prepares to launch the Vivo V60 Lite 4G in the global market. While the exact launch date and India availability are yet to be confirmed, here's what we know so far about this upcoming device.
The Vivo V60 Lite 4G is expected to be a selfie enthusiast's dream, boasting a 32MP front-facing camera for crisp and clear video calls and selfies. The handset's display offers a Full-HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive 94.2% screen-to-body ratio, ensuring an immersive viewing experience.
In terms of design, the Vivo V60 Lite 4G is rumoured to come in two colour options: black and liteblue. It is also said to feature dual speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.
The device has been leaked to sport a 6,500mAh battery, which, surprisingly, is housed in a 7.59mm thick body. The battery is said to support 90W fast charging, promising quick recharge times.
Under the hood, the Vivo V60 Lite 4G is expected to run on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 out of the box. It is rumoured to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 chipset, a mid-range processor manufactured by Qualcomm, a semiconductor company based in the United States. The chipset's production is typically carried out in semiconductor fabrication plants (fabs) in Asia, such as those operated by TSMC in Taiwan.
The Vivo V60 Lite 4G has been spotted on Geekbench, where it scored 467 points in single-core tests and 1,541 points in multi-core tests. These scores suggest the presence of the Snapdragon 685 SoC in the Vivo V60 Lite 4G.
In the optics department, the Vivo V60 Lite 4G is tipped to have a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view.
The Vivo V60 Lite 4G is expected to have a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with curved edges, slim bezels, and a centrally placed hole-punch cutout. While the exact specifications are yet to be confirmed, it's clear that the Vivo V60 Lite 4G is shaping up to be a formidable competitor in the mid-range smartphone market.
