It's 08:00, and I've set the irrigation frequency to every hour (1 hour). The programmer will first water at 09:00 and then at hourly intervals.
• EXAMPLE 2
It's 08:00, and I've set the irrigation frequency to twice a day (every 12 hours). The programmer will first water 12 hours after the manual programming, beginning the first cycle at 20:00, and continuing at 12-hour intervals.
• EXAMPLE 3
It's 08:00 in the morning, and I've set the daily frequency (every 24 hours). The programmer will first water the next day at 08:00 and then at 24-hour intervals, again at 08:00 the next morning. For instant (manual) watering, simply move the right control slider to "ON."
The delay button allows for some flexibility. You can postpone the start time of the first irrigation by 1 hour if you press it once or 2 hours if you press it twice consecutively. Consequently, the first start time will be determined by the sum of the frequency hours + the configured delay hours.
Consider the following practical example:
• EXAMPLE 1
It's 08:00, and I set the irrigation frequency to every hour (1 hour), but I press the delay button once to delay the start by an additional hour. The programmer will first water at 10:00 (1 hour dictated by the frequency + 1 hour dictated by the delay), and then at hourly intervals. The second irrigation will start at 11:00, the third at 12:00, and so on.
It's currently 08:00, and I've set the irrigation frequency to twice a day (every 12 hours), but I've pressed the delay button twice to postpone the start by two hours. The timer will first water at 22:00, 14 hours after manual programming (12 hours dictated by the frequency + 2 hours dictated by the delay), and then every 12 hours. The second watering will start at 10:00, the third at 22:00, and so on.
Using the Zero Pressure
