New Leadership at Taxefy and Ewor

Young Ewor promotes a 28-year-old as head of selection, previously the youngest venture capital partner in Europe.

In the realm of Austrian startups, there have been significant changes at two key players. Taxefy, a tax startup, and Ewor, a Berlin-based startup, have both welcomed new leaders to their teams.

Taxefy's New CFO and CEO

Oliver Würtenberger has taken on the role of CFO at Taxefy, supporting Kevin Gruber as the new CEO. Gruber assumes his position after the departure of the previous CEO, whose identity remains undisclosed. Aleksej Sinicyn, a shareholder at Taxefy, remains involved with the company.

Ewor's Head of Selection and Capital

Ewor, known for its exclusive Ewor program that accepts only 0.1% of applicants, has hired David Höhl as Head of Selection. Höhl, who is just 28 years old, was previously Europe's youngest VC partner. His role at Ewor involves identifying the best founders and enabling faster follow-up financing through his extensive investor network. Ewor boasts a capital of 60 million euros.

Thomas Dohmke's Future Ventures

Thomas Dohmke, the former GitHub CEO, has stepped down from his position after nearly four years. Prior to GitHub, Dohmke led the development of mobile developer tools as a Microsoft manager.
