Zuckerberg has committed $14 billion for a stake in AI startup Scale and its CEO, Alexandr Wang, to lead the new AI team. Despite challenges in recruitment and internal skepticism, Zuckerberg's personal involvement and substantial investment indicate Meta's serious commitment to accelerating the development of advanced AI systems.
